When it comes to Steak, New Yorkers have a bevy of choices. However, a truly unique steak house experience can be had in the heart of midtown at BLT Steak. Renowned Chef Laurent Tourondel’s BLT Steak concentrates on the quality of meat and inventive weekly bistro specials.

The meal starts off with the chef’s signature Gruyere popovers. The polished and contemporary dining room provides a contrast to the primal cuts of steak being served. A 28-day aged NY Strip is a favorite as is the selection of American Wagyu.
