An Italian trattoria and marketplace–located right around the corner from its mother location–Il Buco Alimentari offers guests an opportunity to not only partake in traditional Italian cuisine, but to take the flavors home. When Il Buco began searching for a new pastry chef, The Alfus Group was on the case.

Dishes offered at this restaurant pack a punch of flavor. Diners can nosh on house-baked breads while waiting for entrees of moist, fried rabbit and savory roasted lamb ribs. Meals can be capped off by partaking in their creamy, flavor-packed gelati and sorbet sampler. If dinner isn’t enough to satiate your appetite for fine Italian cuisine, try dropping by their market and taking home some of their fine meats, cured and aged on-site. It’s sure to leave you with a good taste in your mouth.

[NY] Caviar Russe: Executive Chef

With Michelin-star awarded cuisine and plenty of dishes to satiate the pallet of caviar-lovers everywhere, Caviar Russe is a necessary stop for anyone visiting New York or Florida. This caviar bar is well known for its imported, luxurious stock, making its quality and authenticity undeniable. When the staff at Caviar Russe began searching for their latest executive chef, the Alfus Group was happy to help.

Their New York location may appear a bit modest in its size–the restaurant previous served as a townhouse–it has an extensive array of tasting menus, ranging from three to ten courses. The crudo (Italian for raw) menu is packed with vibrant dishes, such as the extravagant blue fin tuna, caviar, scallions, and ponzu, as well as their buttery lemon king crab with cocktail sauce. Even their simplistic “Caviar by Spoon” will leave guests feeling pampered and luxurious.

This new combination lifestyle and boutique hotel will offer intimate accommodations and promise potential guests breathtaking views of Baltimore. Explore the streets of the historical neighborhood of Mount Vernon, visiting the nearby Walters Art Museum and many other of its popular cultural destinations. Retire back to the hotel at the end of the night, for a warm home cooked meal; guests can even try out one of their private karaoke rooms.

Nestled within the Mercer Hotel’s basement, the sleek and stylish Mercer Kitchen offers guests a unique and entertaining experience. [NY] Adelphi Hotel Saratoga Springs: Director of Sales and Marketing

This historic, luxury hotel was originally constructed in 1877 and has faithfully withstood the test of time at every given turn. It became extraordinarily well known for its mineral water baths, fed by the underground spring for which the very town was named. While it’s nearly unbelievable that this 139 year old hotel continues to hold strong, it is in the middle of receiving some much needed love.

The Adelphi Hotel is currently undergoing renovations that are sure to blend its vintage charm with modern practicality. Its newly upgraded structural integrity ensures that this gorgeous hotel will continue withstanding the test of time for another 130 years.

Huston, Texas is home to Le Colonial’s brand new 4th location and there is plenty to get excited about. Originally debuting 25 years ago in New York City, this location features classic Vietnamese street fare with an upscale French twist.
