Guests can sit above the bustling streets of Hell’s Kitchen at Yotel’s Rooftop Terrace Bar, indulging in countless food and cocktail options while submerged in its cool, laid back atmosphere. Being the biggest outdoor hotel space in New York City, there is plenty of room to sit back and relax for awhile. Once GR Hospitality began looking for a new general manager to help out on this rooftop bar, The Alfus Group was prepared to take on the search.

On warm, sunny days, guests can enjoy breakfast on the rooftop, overlooking the stunning New York City skyline; come nightfall, sip on luxurious cocktails among friends and peers. Start out with their Spanish octopus with braised root vegetable cream and a grape, apple, and shallot relish. Their braised veal cheek takes center stage with its wheat, tri-colored carrots and savory beef au-jus. Paired with their ever-changing, season cocktails, you’re sure to be in for a real treat.

An Italian trattoria and marketplace–located right around the corner from its mother location–Il Buco Alimentari offers guests an opportunity to not only partake in traditional Italian cuisine, but to take the flavors home. When Il Buco began searching for a new pastry chef, The Alfus Group was on the case.

Dishes offered at this restaurant pack a punch of flavor. Diners can nosh on house-baked breads while waiting for entrees of moist, fried rabbit and savory roasted lamb ribs. Meals can be capped off by partaking in their creamy, flavor-packed gelati and sorbet sampler. With Michelin-star awarded cuisine and plenty of dishes to satiate the pallet of caviar-lovers everywhere, Caviar Russe is a necessary stop for anyone visiting New York or Florida. This caviar bar is well known for its imported, luxurious stock, making its quality and authenticity undeniable. When the staff at Caviar Russe began searching for their latest executive chef, the Alfus Group was happy to help.

Their New York location may appear a bit modest in its size–the restaurant previous served as a townhouse–it has an extensive array of tasting menus, ranging from three to ten courses. The crudo (Italian for raw) menu is packed with vibrant dishes, such as the extravagant blue fin tuna, caviar, scallions, and ponzu, as well as their buttery lemon king crab with cocktail sauce. Even their simplistic “Caviar by Spoon” will leave guests feeling pampered and luxurious.
