The following principles are applied to all executive search related activities: The Alfus Group, Inc. will maintain strict confidence and will not divulge privileged information obtained from clients or candidates.

• The Alfus Group, Inc. will provide our client with prompt and accurate information regarding the progress of the search assignment.

• The Alfus Group, Inc. will accurately represent both the position and candidate profiles, without embellishment.

• The Alfus Group, Inc. will not approach specific client personnel with the purpose of potential recruitment, for a period of two years, without our client's prior knowledge and approval.
  

• The Alfus Group, Inc. will maintain an objective third party approach to assessing all candidates. This will provide our client with an unbiased assessment of each candidate's abilities.
